Thank you for applying to become a shopper with QDOS Mystery Shopping. Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before proceeding with the application form.
Any work undertaken for QDOS is done on a self-employed basis, i.e. your only commitment to us and ours to you, is by a project by project basis, you are free to work for other companies and can turn down any offer of work we put your way.
QDOS Mystery Shopping fully comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information submitted will be held on the database and only used for the allocation of mystery shopping assignments.
Applications which are not fully completed will be rejected. The question relating to experience will be our first impression of your writing style so please ensure you check punctuation, spelling and grammar. Please give us as much information as possible, we are looking for shoppers who can complete concise, comprehensive, constructive and interesting reports.
You must ensure that you complete all allocated assignments within the timescale agreed and to the supplied specification, failure to do so will result in us withholding payment.
Full terms and conditions relating to work done for us are included within the brief upon allocation of an assignment and a copy is available on request at any time.
